Dear Partners,

The Global Fund’s Seventh Replenishment Conference, taking place in New York City between 18-21 September, is nearly upon us!

Achieving the target of at least $18bn will drive economic growth and gender equality in malaria affected countries, help us to end malaria and achieve a safer world. It is crucial the RBM Partnership pulls together next week to make sure the Replenishment Conference is a success!

Many countries have already stepped up to #FightForWhatCounts. This includes the U.S. committing to match US$1 for every US$2 contributed by other partners (signaling a pledge of up to $US6 billion), and Japan increasing its pledge by 30% to $1.08 billion, and an early pledge announcement of €1.3 billion from Germany - also representing a 30% increase. As we approach the last mile, we encourage more policymakers to follow these outstanding examples of global leadership.

We encourage you to continue to show your support for a successful Replenishment by continuing to use the RBM Partnership’s Global Fund Replenishment partner toolkit over the coming days.

This includes a series of assets available for partners to use to support the Replenishment Conference on social media channels, as well as other partner resources to amplify. This will be updated regularly during the Conference with new assets and materials in response to events taking place in New York.

As well as amplifying partner content, we encourage you to sign the Global Fund’s Count Me In petition and our youth letter to world leaders.
