The 52nd Board Meeting will take place in-person with full delegations at Bingu International Convention Center in Lilongwe, Malawi from 20 - 22 November 2024.
Participation: up to 10 delegates per Constituency, including the Board Member, Alternate Board Member and Focal Point as per standard practice according to the operating procedures:
- Five ‘full access’ badges to the main Board room.
- Five ‘transmission room access’ badges, which give access to a secondary room where the Board Meeting is being transmitted live.
- Badges are provided to the registered participants and maybe exchanged only within the member’s own constituency.
- Delegates (from the 10 delegates per Constituency) who are unable to attend the meeting in-person may exceptionally request to attend virtually. Meetings will be taking place in Malawi time zone.
All delegates are required to register through the online registration system by 01 November 2024.
